Mô tả công việc

This position is fully responsible for managing the overall F&B operations of the hotel, achieving customer (guests, employees, corporate and stakeholders) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals

The Executive Assistant Manager will plan, organize, direct and coordinate management activities of the operations in conjunction with the General Manager. He/she is responsible for delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel

Strategic thinking, planning and organisation
Highly visible, outgoing and eager to develop a network
Food & Beverage expertise, showing creativity & follow F&B trends
Strong business sense from top line to profitability
Experience in 5-star hospitality, preferably with Asian experience
Effective communication with guests, teams and owners
Leadership skills and able to empower and inspire the tea
