- Assist in the day-to-day running of the department, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control
- In conjunction with the Restaurant Manager, responsible for maintaining high standards of professional service at all times in the restaurant and bar areas
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Deputizing and responsible for all departmental administration in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- In conjunction with the Restaurant Manager, produce and implement a departmental policy and procedure, to be reviewed annually
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in developing, motivating, managing and training team to optimize performance and identifying training needs through a regular appraisal system.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, professionally addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Addressing and resolving operational issues, and staff conflicts
- Maintaining open communication with staff, management, and potentially suppliers
- Assist in planning and executing events, marketing initiatives
- Contribute to menu development and pricing strategies to optimize revenue
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and optimize stock control
- Other tasks assigned by superior

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in an assistant or supervisory role or relevant
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with hotel staff and management
- Strong skills in numeracy, problem-solving, organization, and training
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with guests and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smile, and other relevant software
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Able to work under pressure
- Acceptance of work shifts
- Fluent in English
