Mô tả công việc
- Assist in daily operations of the restaurant and bar areas, including shift supervision and task delegation
- Monitor customer service quality and ensure a positive guest experience
- Deputizing and responsible for all departmental administration in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Implement and enforce internal procedures as directed by the Restaurant Manager
- Track and report inventory levels to the management team
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members during shifts
- Handle guest complaints and resolve incidents during the shift
- Promote team morale and maintain a positive work environment
- Maintain communication with management, staff, and relevant departments
- Assist in organizing promotional events and special campaigns as assigned
- Other tasks assigned by superior

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in a supervisory or captain role or relevant
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership and team coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
- High sense of responsibility and proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Acceptance of work shifts
