Mô tả công việc

Supervise and coordinate the service team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Support staff in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining service standards.
Assist in training new employees and monitoring team performance.
Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of the dining area before and after service.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
Monitor inventory of service supplies and report any shortages.
Assist in preparing daily shift reports and suggest operational improvements.
Ensure staff compliance with hygiene, grooming, safety, and food handling procedures.
Lead by example and maintain a positive, professional work atmosphere.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role in a restaurant.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team and handle guest interactions confidently.
Familiar with restaurant operations and basic POS system usage.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic English communication required; additional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is an advantage.
