F&B - Bar Supervisor

• Supervise the daily operations of the bar to ensure service quality is delivered in accordance with Resort standards.
• Ensure all service procedures are carried out efficiently, consistently, and within the required service timelines.
• Monitor cleanliness, equipment, bar tools, beverage displays, and the overall working environment of the bar.

People Management

• Assign duties and prepare work schedules for bar team members.
• Train, coach, and develop employees on bartending skills, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and recommend recognition, rewards, or disciplinary actions when necessary.

Inventory and Stock Control

• Manage beverages, liquor, ingredients, bar equipment, and related supplies.
• Plan purchasing requirements, receive deliveries, and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Minimize losses and wastage while ensuring product quality and consistency.

Suggestions and Continuous Improvement

• Recommend new beverage recipes and improve drink menus in line with market trends and target customer preferences.
• Propose and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue generation.

Problem Resolution

• Support team members in handling guest-related issues and operational challenges.
• Address and resolve guest complaints regarding beverage quality and service standards in a professional manner.

Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational activities for management review.
• Recommend staffing requirements, equipment needs, and budget allocations to support efficient bar operations.

• Working 5.5 days per week.
• Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Senior Bartender or Bar Supervisor.
• Proficient in both basic and advanced beverage preparation and mixology techniques.
• Ability to operate coffee machines, shakers, blenders, and other bar equipment.
• Basic knowledge of tea, coffee, spirits, wines, cocktails, and other beverages.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, delegate tasks, supervise team members, and provide staff training.
• Good communication skills; proficiency in English or other foreign languages is an advantage.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to operational and guest-related situations with flexibility and professionalism.
