Mô tả công việc
- Monitor guests’ activities in and around the water areas to prevent accidents and ensure safety.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and perform rescue and first aid procedures when necessary.
- Instruct and remind guests to comply with swimming pool and beach safety regulations.
- Inspect and maintain lifesaving equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition and ready for use.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the swimming pool or beach area.
- Report incidents, accidents, and potential hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Provide assistance to guests when needed with a friendly and service-oriented attitude.
- Participate in rescue drills, safety training sessions, and other required certifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Valid Lifeguard, Swimming, and First Aid certifications are required.
- Good physical fitness with strong swimming skills and quick reflexes.
- Previous experience working at swimming pools, beaches, water parks, or similar facilities is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred, especially in a tourism or international guest environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, alertness, focus, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
