Mô tả công việc
- Organize and lead recreational and entertainment activities for guests.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner to create a fun and positive atmosphere.
- Instruct guests on the safe use of sports equipment and recreational facilities.
- Prepare equipment, materials, and activity areas prior to scheduled programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all activities.
- Assist in developing and enhancing seasonal recreational programs tailored to different guest segments.
- Coordinate with other departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.) to organize special events and guest activities.
- Monitor equipment condition and report any issues or incidents to the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Energetic and passionate about outdoor activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, recreation, physical education, event organization, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills or above.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, creative, and a strong team player.
- Candidates with skills in dancing, emceeing, sports, entertainment, or conducting classes (fitness, yoga, kids club, etc.) are preferred.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
