Mô tả công việc
- Perform security duties at assigned locations, including entrances, lobby, parking areas, corridors, and technical areas.
- Control access to the hotel premises, especially restricted areas such as back-of-house, technical rooms, and storage areas.
- Guide guests to the appropriate locations and assist in maintaining order, particularly during peak hours and special events.
- Monitor CCTV systems and promptly report any suspicious activities, unusual behavior, or policy violations.
- Respond to and assist in handling emergency situations, including fire incidents, theft, disturbances, and evacuations.
- Inspect and maintain security equipment and tools, such as radios, flashlights, and fire extinguishers.
- Maintain accurate security logs, including shift activities, incidents, patrol records, and shift handovers.
- Provide initial assistance in cases involving lost property, guest accidents, or other incidents requiring immediate support.
- Conduct regular patrols in assigned areas to identify and prevent potential risks and security threats.
- Participate in fire safety, first aid, and emergency response training programs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Male, aged between 20 and 45 years old, in good physical condition, agile, and trustworthy.
- Previous experience in security roles within hotels, resorts, office buildings, or shopping centers is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and security incident handling.
- Polite communication skills, professional appearance, and basic foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and festive periods.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a military or law enforcement background.
- No visible tattoos and no criminal record.
