Mô tả công việc
- Receive assigned duties and shift instructions from the Team Leader at the beginning of each shift.
- Carry out stewarding and cleaning tasks including dishwashing, floor mopping, cleaning drainage systems, kitchen walls, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain continuous cleanliness of kitchen floors and work areas, ensuring surfaces remain clean, dry, and safe at all times.
- Segregate, collect, and properly dispose of waste within the kitchen area in accordance with established hygiene and waste management procedures.
- Participate fully in all training programs organized by the Company, Department, and relevant divisions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Hardworking, diligent, honest, and responsible.
- Good physical health and able to work in a hot and humid kitchen environment.
- Previous experience in a similar position (Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or Kitchen Helper) is preferred.
- Willing to work on shifts and overtime when required.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards is an advantage.
