Mô tả công việc
- To clean all designated public areas by the established procedure.
- Ensure that all requests by guests are attended to.
- Be responsible for the care and maintenance of his/her work store, trolley, and all equipment and ensure that all equipment and materials are left in the same place and correct manner at the end of each shift.
- Advise the office of any lost property and value and return these to the office as soon as possible.
- Report any guest complaints or incidents of suspicious persons in the working areas to the Public Area Supervisor.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness of indoor and outdoor and service areas needed.
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- To check and verify, report to the supervisor and follow the worksheet.
- To be ready and responsible when assigned, to perform any other duties as required from time to time by the Management of the hotel

- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, public area cleaning, hotels, restaurants, or similar environments is preferred.
- Honest, hardworking, proactive, and responsible.
- Good physical health and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work on shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts when required.
