We are seeking a dynamic, experienced General Manager for a Swiss-Belhotel International property in Central Vietnam. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing hotel operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team development, ensuring the hotel meets Swiss-Belhotel International’s Passion and Professionalism standards and business goals.

General
  • Operational & Financial Leadership: Oversees all aspects of hotel operations in Vietnam, ensuring achievement of budgeted revenues, service standards, guest satisfaction, staff performance, and asset management in line with Swiss-Belhotel International policies.
  • Strategic Planning & Compliance: Develops and implements strategic plans, marketing, budgeting, and training while ensuring compliance with corporate standards, legal regulations, safety protocols, and operational manuals.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintains strong communication with corporate leadership, owners, and the local community, and ensures timely submission of required reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to uphold transparency and accountability.

Planning & Control

  • Operational Oversight: Manages daily operations across all departments, ensuring adherence to Swiss-Belhotel International standards, hygiene, safety, and guest service excellence.
  • Staff Management: Monitors employee punctuality, grooming, behavior, and performance, taking corrective actions as needed to maintain professionalism and service quality.
  • Facility & Asset Control: Conducts regular checks on hotel premises, equipment, and safety measures to ensure maintenance, prevent losses, and uphold security standards.

Guest Service

  • Information & Assistance: Provides accurate, up-to-date information and ensures support for all guests, including those with special needs.
  • Proactive Service & Relationship Building: Continuously seeks ways to enhance guest satisfaction and employee engagement, going above and beyond—especially for VIPs and special requests.
  • Issue Resolution & Follow-Up: Personally addresses guest concerns, ensures timely follow-up with relevant departments, and implements solutions to prevent recurrence.

Team Member’s Relationships

  • Leadership & Communication: Fosters a positive, collaborative work environment through regular meetings, open communication, and professional interaction across departments.
  • Team Development & Support: Provides training, guidance, motivation, and recognition to help team members reach their potential while managing workload and stress effectively.
  • Performance & Recruitment Management: Oversees performance appraisals, KPIs, disciplinary actions, and supports recruitment, onboarding, and career development in coordination with HR.

  • Goal Achievement: Ensures company goals, budget targets, and KPIs are consistently met through effective leadership and task execution.

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

  • Professional & Operational Expertise: Proven experience in hotel operations, ideally in a GM or senior management role, with a degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Strong Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to lead teams effectively, manage stakeholders, and maintain professionalism at all levels.
  • Results-Driven & Adaptable: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure; demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech & Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with solid knowledge of hotel industry software (PMS, MS Office, etc.).
  • Creative & Ethical Mindset: Passionate, professional, imaginative, respectful, and open to feedback, with a strong sense of personal discipline and ethical conduct.
