Management
Hiring, training, motivating, and leading awesome staff.
Recommend people for hiring and promotion.
Conduct daily briefings.
Produce staff rotas following our HR guideline.
Set goals and expectations for the operation team using performance review and KPI process.
Work with the bar, kitchen, and front staff team to make sure our operation is smooth.
Operation
Work with our team (operation, management, and marketing) on the development and implementation of our seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Enforce all SOPs and company policies and procedures, especially the ones related to our customer service, health and safety.
Weekly meeting with BOD and Operation Manager sharing on operation and KPIs.
Oversees all of the sales of the store (online, offline).
Work closely with our Sales & Relation team to ensure that all B2B sales are smooth.
Inventory
Manage product and packaging inventory to ensure good levels, product freshness and cost control.
Notify our kitchen and restock when needed.
Notify our purchasing department when we need to reproduce/purchase our packaging, gifts and other items.
Finance
Handle daily cash management and administration.
Track and monitor the sales target, implement the Marketing strategy in-store, adjust when needed.
Marketing
Work closely with our Marketing team on our in-store sales strategies.
Train and lead the team to execute the Marketing strategy in the store.
Customer Service
Walk around. Talk to our customers.
Manage customer’s complaints or feedback
Constantly challenge our customer service experience and improve the overall space and product experience to make sure our customers have a great time with us.
Quality Control
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety through SOPs training and enforcement.
Schedule maintenance according to our schedule.

Previous experience leading a team.
Ability to work full time with a flexible schedule.
Passion for customer service.
Good Vietnamese and English skills.
