Mô tả công việc

• Manage daily reservations for allotments, commitments, and requests

• Coordinate with hotels to secure confirmations and handle amendments

• Ensure accurate reservation records and timely reporting

• Support sales and contracting teams with booking status updates

• Resolve booking issues and assist clients/partners with reservation queries

Yêu cầu công việc

• Vietnamese nationals only

• Minimum 2 years full-time experience in hotel reservations in a 5-star hotel or in a similar role at a travel agency or tour operator

• Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems and reservation procedures

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication with hotels and clients

• Fluent in English & Vietnamese (Russian is a plus)
