Mô tả công việc
- Monitor and supervise the operations of the staff.
- Ensure the hygienic condition, and landscape in public areas are by the prescribed standards.
- To work as a public attendant if needed.
- To assign tasks and supervise the implementation of staff.
- To make plans, check and ensure: that sanitation and landscape in public areas always meet the set-out standards, all facilities, chemicals, and working tools needed for the implementation of staff are always fulfilled and qualified.
- To direct, and train staff.
- To carry out duties assigned by the Head of Department.
- Other tasks requested by Assistant Housekeeper and Head of Department.
- Oversee cleanliness of common areas including stairways, supply room, public & private laundries, and housekeeping office. Report if any happens over your permission.
- Ensure smooth timely communication with all departments.
- Recommend capital expenditure and special repair or maintenance programs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role within a hotel or resort environment.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleanliness standards, and environmental health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
