Reservation Supervisor - Giám sát Đặt phòng

The Reservation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department. This role ensures that all reservations are handled efficiently and professionally, maximizing room occupancy and revenue through effective yield management and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the reservations team to ensure smooth and efficient handling of all booking requests (via phone, email, OTA, etc.).

• Ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the system with correct rates, guest information, and preferences.

• Monitor room availability and manage overbooking or close-out dates in coordination with the Revenue or Front Office Manager.

• Train, coach, and motivate reservation agents to maintain high service standards.

• Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, or complaints related to reservations in a timely and professional manner.

• Work closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to coordinate group bookings, promotions, and allotments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports and provide insights for forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, data privacy, and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).

• Proficient in hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar).

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
