HK - Floor Supervisor

• Training and developing Room attendant staff Coordinates work assignment
• Assist with inventory control, supplies, and keys
• Oversee cleanliness of common areas including stairways, supply room, public & private laundries, and housekeeping office. Report if any happens over your permission
• Responsibility for keeping team encouraged and motivated

Responsibility cleaneness to: 

• Bed Room
• Bath Room
• Maintenance and planning
• Staff issues
• Check all Vip rooms for special requests
• Training old and new staff, revise coaching
• Planning of extra work
• Make sure all special request of Guest must be on time
• Report all problems with Pest control.
• Knowledge about all types of rooms, Bed types and facility
• Hold all morning daily meetings with staff before starting work
• Reviewing staff and saving cost, recycle amenities follow procedure
• Follow keep it up and knowledge about green environment training all staff
• Another special request of Guest in the Hotel
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemical, and procedures
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and nights.

• Working 5.5 days per week.

• High school diploma or higher; hospitality or housekeeping-related education is a plus.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role.
  
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
  
• Good communication and leadership skills.
  
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  
• Basic English skills (additional language skills are an advantage).
