Mô tả công việc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all reservation requests (phone, email, OTA, GDS, website) across multiple Wink properties.

• Accurately input, modify, and confirm reservations in the Opera Cloud PMS system.

• Communicate effectively with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Finance teams.

• Coordinate group bookings, special requests, and VIP reservations.

• Support revenue optimization through effective upselling and cross-selling.

• Manage OTA and GDS bookings, ensuring rate parity and data accuracy.

• Monitor prepayments and follow up on outstanding payments from partners.

• Assist in preparing reports and tracking booking trends.

Yêu cầu công việc

•QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office; multi-property (cluster) experience is a plus.

• Proficient with Opera Cloud PMS, OTA extranets, GDS, and channel managers (e.g., SiteMinder).

• Strong English communication skills; other languages are an advantage.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
