Operation Manager cum Store Manager

Position Overview

The Cocoa Project is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the entire TCP store system, including our flagship Cocoa Mê Linh Cafe and all standalone retail locations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and maintaining operational excellence across our expanding footprint.

Key Responsibilities:Architect of Operational Excellence

You will be the strategic leader ensuring the overall operational excellence, profitability, and strategic growth of all TCP stores. Key responsibilities include

‒ Financial Stewardship: Full P&L management, budgeting, and driving the financial performance for the entire store portfolio.

‒ Team Leadership: Mentoring and developing the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager teams, fostering a culture of high performance.

‒ Service Excellence: Ensuring the consistent implementation of the Operation Excellence Manual, all SOPs, and driving a culture of Omotenashi service excellence and guest satisfaction.

‒ Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with the Head of R & D and Marketing Manager on new product launches and promotional strategies.

‒ Supply Chain Oversight: Managing supply chain logistics, inventory, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

‒ 12 days of annual leave + 01 leaving on the birthday

‒ Experience: 5+ years in a senior operations leadership role within the F&B or hospitality industry.

‒ Track Record: Proven success in managing multi-unit restaurant or cafe operations.

‒ Acuity: Strong financial acumen and direct experience with P&L management.

‒ Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams.

‒ Passion: A genuine passion for the TCP brand and a deep understanding of ultimate cocoa and coffee culture.

‒ Language: Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is highly preferred.
