Activities Coodinator/ Điều phối viên bộ phận Giải trí

1. Receive booing from in-house guest and outside guest and ensure accurate recording within the booking system.
2. Distribute activity tasks to activity officers during their duty.
3. To ensure all the equipment, set up is ready before activity conducted
4. Manage the bookings, emails, events and activities requested
5. Update all the information and changes in the activity menu
6. To advise and distribute general maintenance update information and process relating to equipment as directed by engineering
7. To assist the Supervisor/Ass during his absence and ensure operations are running effectively
8. Correct billing of activities
9. To ensure all upcoming activities are prepared and rostered staff are briefed and on duty
10. To process requests from other departments that include activities in packages
11. Handling customer complains if possible, or report them to manager
12. Handling SCM requisitions and follows up the process
13. Participate and cooperate in social and cultural activities as required
14. Ensures that all department reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually
15. To ensure that all Activities staff have a complete understanding and commitment to the hotel's policies and procedures
