SPA MANAGER | TBP Spa

• Manage and oversee the Spa department

• Ensure the training of the spa staff to meet and exceed standards. Ability to work with learning manager and designated trainers to achieve the best possible learning environments for the team.

• The ability to maintain operating criteria/spa concepts and responsible or the coordination and scheduling of all spa related service in relation to consistency with policies, company, philosophy and objective for the Spa.

• The ability to interview and select job applicants as well as effectively supervise, discipline, mentor and give performance evaluation for spa employees

• The ability to participate in regular staff meetings to keep employee informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sale and service

• The ability to communicate with other departments to ensure a supporting a supporting teams of professional

• The ability to communicate on all levels with staff, colleagues and management

• The ability to convey clear instructions and guidance to staff and establish working relations that attain a high level of effective employee morale

• The ability to develop and enhance programs and policies to ensure employers of choice and retention of high performer and high potential employees

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Monitor the compliance of cleanliness and safety policies and regulations within the spa

• Assist in all phases of Spa services, cost control, and associates

• Research, develop, recommend and implement department products, programs and services

• Assist in the recruitment, supervision and training of Spa associates

• Maintains thorough and accurate records and complete all required departmental reporting

• Develops and promote guest spa packages and special membership promotions and packages

• Manage inventory counts and implement inventory and purchasing controls for Spa products
