Part of the Excom team, the People & Culture Director is key ambassador of La Maison’s Heartist values, ensuring high quality standards as well as our people culture of Luxury attitude
Lead HR initiatives including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, employee engagement ensuring fairness and humble excellence
Develop employee learning & development programs to develop talents
Be the leader of the Employee Engagement across all department
Manage the payroll and develop employee productivity matrix
Develop initiatives with local entities to demonstrate our value to Give Back to Community.
In charge of government relations and security department

Yêu cầu công việc

Passionate about people, developing a positive culture in a luxury hospitality environment
Strong understanding of labor law
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Able to handle relationship with local authorities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management with at least 03 years of experience of similar role
Fluent in English in speaking, listening, reading and writing
The candidate should display a genuine luxury attitude, combining humble excellence, a distinguished presence, and the emotional intelligence to inspire people to craft memorable guest experiences.
