Mô tả công việc
- Handle all incoming guest calls related to Housekeeping
- Record guest requests (extra bed, amenities, cleaning, etc.)
- Input requests into system (Opera Service system)
- Follow up and ensure requests are completed on time
- Maintain clear and accurate logbook records
- Update immediately after stock movement
- Support operation
- Assist in set-up and replenishment of supplies for outlets, rooms, or stores as required.
- Coordinate closely with related departments to ensure smooth operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- High school diploma or relevant hospitality training preferred.
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in Housekeeping or similar role in a hotel/resort.
- Good communication skills (basic English required)
- Proficient in computer and hotel systems (opera, wp.prologicfirst)
- Careful, fast, able to multitask
- Problem-solving and guest service skills
