Mô tả công việc
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — from Headcount budget planning, job posting, and screening to interviewing, selection, and offer, to ensure the right people are hired at the right time.
- Own the onboarding process for new staffs and follow through their probation period to ensure smooth integration.
- Drive talent development and succession planning, CPD, Objective setting, Annual review partnering with department heads to identify high-potential team members and build their development path.
- Plan and manage to promote employer branding on social media, including branding, recruitment news, and talent highlights, to align with operational needs and ensure designs meet brand standards
- Connecting and building partnership with school to provide suitable internships and training programs.
- Organize CSR events, MOU ceremonies, and talk shows with school partners.
- Lead internal communication efforts so team members stay informed and connected to the resort's direction and updates.
- Manage the manning budget in line with business needs, tracking headcount against approved budget and forecasting resourcing needs.
- Build and reinforce the resort culture through internal events, recognition programs, town halls, and staff engagement activities.
- Champion initiatives (including CSR and sustainability activities) that strengthen team spirit and a positive workplace environment.
- Identify training needs across departments through needs analysis, performance data, and consultation with department heads.
- Design annual training plans and learning calendars, and develop training programs covering orientation, mandatory training, service culture, leadership, and job skills.
- Deliver or coordinate the delivery of training programs, tracking attendance and maintaining training records.
- Check and evaluate training results, on-the-job performance, and guest satisfaction indicators to continuously improve staff skills and ensure alignment with service standards.
- Ensure the training program fully complies with brand standards, Service and culture training, government regulations, mandatory labor and safety training
- Maintain accurate training compliance records and prepare compliance reports for the Group and relevant authorities.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience covering recruitment and training, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills; a builder of culture and engagement
- Extensive HR experience across key functions—recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and transparent practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and strategic communication abilities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English to meet operational needs.
