Executive, Database & Analytics

SCOPE OF WORK

Executive, Database & Analytics is responsible for managing and maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business decisions through data analysis and reporting. This role plays a key part in optimizing data processes and delivering actionable insights.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Maintain, update, and manage company databases to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Work with IT team to develop and maintain Extract, Transform and Load projects (“ETL”)

• Monitor data quality by performing data validation to ensure accurate records and analysis

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations

• Develop dashboards and data visualization tools for stakeholders

• Support business units with data-driven insights through analysis

• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations

• Other miscellaneous projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields1–3 years of experience in legal and/or compliance roles.

• 1–2 years of experience in database management or data analysis

• Working knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, etc.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
