STEWARDING SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities | Mô tả công việc
Assist Chief Steward in supervising stewarding operations, ensuring cleanliness & hygiene standards in all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Hỗ trợ Trưởng tạp vụ giám sát hoạt động bộ phận, đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh tại khu bếp và khu vực hậu cần.
Supervise cleaning, storage, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Giám sát việc vệ sinh, lưu trữ và bảo quản thiết bị.
Ensure buffet setup and post-event cleaning are completed properly.
Đảm bảo setup buffet và vệ sinh sau sự kiện đúng tiêu chuẩn.
Monitor staff schedule, performance and report to Chief Steward.
Theo dõi lịch làm việc, hiệu suất nhân viên và báo cáo cho Trưởng bộ phận.
Report and coordinate maintenance of damaged equipment.
Báo cáo và phối hợp bảo trì thiết bị hư hỏng.
Ensure safety standards and proper use of chemicals & equipment.
Đảm bảo an toàn lao động và sử dụng đúng hóa chất, thiết bị.
Train staff and maintain discipline, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Đào tạo nhân viên, đảm bảo tác phong và vệ sinh cá nhân.
Prepare daily reports and ensure all utilities are turned off after duty.
Lập báo cáo hàng ngày và đảm bảo tắt toàn bộ điện, nước sau ca làm.

Tối thiểu 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm trong bộ phận tạp vụ hoặc bếp.
Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and safety standards.
Hiểu biết tốt về vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm và an toàn lao động.
Leadership and team supervision skills.
Có kỹ năng quản lý và giám sát đội nhóm.
Hard-working, responsible and able to work in shifts.
Chăm chỉ, trách nhiệm, có thể làm việc theo ca.
Basic English communication is a plus.
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản là lợi thế.
