Thông tin cơ bản

Mô tả công việc

1. To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with the Company’s policies with high standards.

2. To have a good knowledge of all aspects of the Property and its facilities including rate structure and other properties/business outlets operated by the Company.

3. To obtain market intelligence regarding the competitors’ selling strartegies, strengths and weaknesses etc.

4. In liaison with the Director of Sales to establish a client database.

5. Responsible for developing leads, making prospective calls, appointments or correspondence.

6. To conduct room viewing and sales presentation.

7. To report to the Director of all sales activities such as sales calls, appointments, room viewings and etc. on a daily or weekly basis.

8. To follow up and keep in touch with potential clients after sales presentation or calls to find out the reasons if the deal fails.

9. If the deal is fruitful, to report to the Director of Sales all agreed lease terms and conditions in order to prepare contracts. To coordinate with the Sales Assistant to ensure that all commitments are correctly written before sending them to clients.

10. Upon receiving signed contracts, in co-opeariton with the Departments concerned to proceed the necessary steps for a smooth check-in and make sure that all commitments in the Contract are implemented.

11. To entertain potential clients and key company contacts responsible for arranging accommodation in order to build rapport and loyalty.

12. Along with the Front Office to welcome clients upon their check-in.

13. To maintain regular contact with tenants during their stay in the Property, to listen to their feedback and work closely with the Departments concerned in solving any guests’ dissatisfaction in a professional manner.

14. In cooperation with the Front Office, to assist the tenants with their special needs and requirements.

15. To follow up on leads and previous clients.

16. To initiate prospecting and solicitation of news accounts.

17. To assist the Management in the promotional activities as directed to and attend in-house or external functions as required.

18. To maximize any opportunities to promote and sell services of the Company.

19. To supervise the Sales staff and to monitor their progress during their work.

20. To assist the Director of Sales training new staff.

21. To attend all training courses and staff meetings as requested by the Management.

22. To promptly report to the Management any potential health and safety hazards in the Property and surrounding areas.

23. To ensure all assignments in conformity with the Company’s policies.

24. To perform other duties assigned by the Management.

25. To have a good knowledge how to handle with e-commerce.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience in sales management or related position at serviced apartment/Hotels

• Good English communication skills

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of sales and marketing

• Familiar with overall operations of serviced residence or similar operations.

• Possess managerial expertise with excellent selling skills.

• Excellent communications and public relations skills.

• Excellent selling skills with ability to produce results.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.

• Able to conduct business as management.
