Mô tả công việc
• Develop annual marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and marketing expenditures.
• Identify target markets and develop campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
2. Brand Management
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Maintain compliance with Banyan Group brand guidelines.
• Oversee production of marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional materials.
• Protect and strengthen the positioning of Laguna Lăng Cô as a luxury integrated resort destination.
3. Be responsible for Destination Marketing team’s operation
• Digital Marketing
o Lead digital marketing initiatives including:
Website content management
SEO and SEM campaigns
Email marketing
Social media advertising
o Monitor website performance and conversion metrics.
o Develop digital campaigns to generate room bookings, villa sales leads, golf bookings, and resort experiences.
• Social Media & Content
o Develop monthly content calendars.
o Oversee content creation including:
Photography
Videography
Copywriting
Storytelling
o Manage social media platforms:
TikTok
YouTube
o Ensure timely community engagement and reputation management.
• Public Relations (PR)
o Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Local media
National media
Influencers
KOLs
o Prepare:
Press releases
Media kits
o Organize:
Media visits
Press trips
Influencer stays
• Event & Partnership Marketing
Support planning and promotion of:
Resort events
Festivals
Golf tournaments
Residence showcases
Seasonal campaigns
• Internal Communication
o Coordinate communication initiatives across departments.
o Assist HR with internal events and CSR activities.
• Revenue Support
o Work closely with Sales teams to:
Generate qualified leads
Drive direct bookings
Support occupancy targets
Increase in ancillary revenue

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing Communications
• Luxury hospitality, resort, tourism, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
• Strategic marketing planning
• Digital marketing expertise
• Social media management
