GENERAL MANAGER (EXPATRIATE)

We are seeking a visionary, dynamic, and highly experienced Expatriate General Manager (GM) to drive the strategic development, commercial growth, and day-to-day operations of our luxury property. The ideal candidate will cultivate an unparalleled guest experience, maximize operational profitability, and effectively bridge international luxury standards with the local Vietnamese team and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Financial Performance: Develop and execute annual business plans, marketing initiatives, and operational budgets to maximize Gross Operating Profit (GOP) and optimize asset value.

• Operational Excellence: Provide rigorous leadership across all operational departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Wellness/Spa, and Engineering to guarantee seamless luxury service delivery.
• Guest Experience & Quality Assurance: Maintain and elevate premium brand standards, proactively engaging with guests to ensure top-tier satisfaction ratings across major global platforms (TripAdvisor, Booking.com, etc.).
• People Management & Training: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse multicultural workforce. Foster a professional environment focused on continuous training, local talent development, and succession planning.
• Brand Representation & Partnerships: Act as the chief brand ambassador for the resort, building robust relations with key corporate clients, luxury travel agencies, local authorities, and community stakeholders.

• Nationality: Expatriate (Prior experience in Southeast Asia or Vietnam is highly advantageous).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of proven success as a General Manager or Resident Manager / Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) in recognized 4 or 5-star international luxury resorts.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional financial acumen (P&L optimization, forecasting, budgeting), strong intercultural management, sharp analytical skills, and a visionary approach to luxury hospitality.
• Language: Native or professional fluency in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Vietnamese or secondary international languages is a plus.
