Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities.
Support career events, job fairs, and mass recruitment campaigns.
Help maintain the candidate database and track recruitment status.
Create visual content — photos and videos — to highlight the resort's talent, culture, and employer brand.
Support the management of social media channels and the hotel's fan page with engaging, on-brand content.
Design HR materials such as posters, banners, and recruitment collateral.
Support employer branding activities, including partnerships with universities and colleges to build talent pipelines.
Participate in CSR activities and external events to promote the resort's community presence.
Help prepare documents for staff onboarding and offboarding.
Support new hire orientation and induction activities.
Support training sessions, track attendance, and support learning & development initiatives.
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases accurately.
Support daily HR operations, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Assist in planning staff events, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
Support internal communications by producing branding materials and capturing photos and videos of activities.
Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries and help resolve simple HR-related questions

Monthly allowance 2.500.000 - 3.500.000
Working time: 9.5 hours/day, 2 days off per week

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
No prior experience required; a plus if you have participated in student clubs, events, or a previous internship.
"Basic skills in photo/video capture and simple editing; familiar with social media platforms.
Basic design skills (Canva or similar) is a plus.
Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)."

Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism."
Basic to good English for daily work communication.
Interest in content creation, social media, and event support.
