Sales Manager/ Trưởng phòng kinh doanh (based in Da Nang)

1. Develop and maintain business relationships with golf partners, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
2. Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3. Promote the resort's accommodation, golf experiences, and other hospitality services.
4. Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and participate in trade shows and networking events.
5. Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maximize business opportunities.
7. Work closely with the Resort Operations and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the hospitality, golf, tourism, or travel industry.
• Proven experience working with Golf Sales and/or Travel Agents / Tour Operators is required.
• Strong network within the travel trade or golf industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
