ENG - Infrastructure Staff (BM)

- Monitor the Building Management System (BM).

- Monitor building utilities and infrastructure systems.

- Identify and report abnormal system conditions.

- Support system performance optimization.

- Maintain BMS operational records.

2. Work Order & Maintenance Coordination

- Receive and coordinate maintenance requests.

- Assign and monitor engineering work orders.

- Track work order progress and completion.

- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

- Update maintenance records accurately.

3. Infrastructure Support

- Monitor utility consumption and operational data.

- Support infrastructure inspections and maintenance activities.

- Coordinate emergency maintenance requests.

- Assist with inventory records for engineering materials.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Teamwork & Communication

- Coordinate with Engineering Associates and operational departments.

- Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Food & Beverage, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth Resort operations.

- Communicate maintenance priorities effectively.

- Participate in departmental meetings and training.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

- Follow Resort engineering policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Report safety hazards and equipment defects immediately.

- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

- Participate in emergency response procedures.

• Basic Salary: 8–12 million, based on qualifications and experience
• Service Charge: Up to VND 10 million/month

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Working experience

• Previous experience in Engineering Administration, Building Management Systems (BM), Facilities Management, or a similar Engineering role is preferred.
• Experience in an international resort or commercial building is an advantage.

3. Professional knowledge and skills

• Basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.
• Knowledge of engineering work order processes.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain engineering records.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
