ENG - HVAC Technician

1. Preventive Maintenance

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.

- Inspect heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.

- Maintain refrigeration equipment and cold rooms.

- Clean and service HVAC components regularly.

- Complete preventive maintenance records accurately.

2. Corrective Maintenance

- Respond promptly to HVAC maintenance requests.

- Troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration system faults.

- Repair or replace defective HVAC components.

- Restore equipment to normal operating condition.

- Escalate major technical issues when required.

3. HVAC System Operations

- Operate HVAC systems safely and efficiently.

- Monitor HVAC system performance.

- Maintain chillers, FCUs, AHUs, ventilation fans, and exhaust systems.

- Monitor temperature, humidity, and indoor air quality.

- Support energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems.

4. Engineering Support

- Maintain HVAC tools and testing equipment.

- Report spare parts requirements promptly.

- Complete maintenance reports and work orders accurately.

- Assist with engineering projects and installations.

- Maintain engineering documentation.

5. Teamwork & Communication

- Work closely with Engineering Associates and other departments.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Laundry, and other departments during maintenance activities.

- Participate in departmental meetings and training.

- Support Resort projects and preventive maintenance programs.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.

6. Health, Safety & Compliance

- Follow Resort engineering policies and procedures.

- Comply with HVAC safety regulations and standards.

- Handle refrigerants in accordance with environmental regulations.

- Use tools and personal protective equipment safely.

- Report hazards and unsafe conditions immediately.

- Participate in emergency response procedures.

• Working 5,5 days per week.
• Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.
• Basic Salary: 8–12 million, based on qualifications and experience
• Service Charge: Up to VND 10 million/month

2. Working experience

• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician, Air Conditioning Technician, or in a similar Engineering role is preferred.
• Experience in an international resort, hotel, or commercial building is an advantage.

3. Professional knowledge and skills

• Good knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment and control systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.
