F&B - Bartender

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, juices, tea, coffee, smoothies, and spirits.
• Follow correct recipes, measurements, and garnishing standards for every drink.
• Stay up to date on new mixology skills and recipes.

Pre-Shift Preparation

• Check and prepare ingredients, glassware, and bar tools before each shift.
• Set up the bar in a clean, organised manner with all supplies fully stocked.
• Prepare garnishes, ice, syrups, and toppings in advance.

Guest Service

• Welcome guests and provide recommendations on beverage selections.
• Communicate with guests in a warm, friendly manner and record their feedback.
• Serve guests directly at the bar or coordinate with service Associates.

Bar Hygiene & Maintenance

• Clean the working area thoroughly before, during, and after each shift.
• Ensure all glassware is fully cleaned before the end of the shift.
• Properly store ingredients, equipment, and bar tools.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Inventory Support

• Monitor ingredient usage during each shift.
• Report any shortages and store ingredients according to proper procedures.
• Support periodic stocktaking.

Coordination & Other Duties

• Coordinate with service and cashier Associates to ensure smooth operations.
• Support banquet or event service when assigned.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Working 5,5 days per week.

1. Education: College degree or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Languages, or related field

2. Working experience: Prior experience as a Bartender or in a similar beverage service role preferred.

3. Professional knowledge and skills:

• Basic to advanced mixology skills, including the use of coffee machines, shakers, and blenders.
• Basic knowledge of tea, coffee, and spirits.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance in line with the resort's grooming standards.

4. Attitude and behaviours:

• Enthusiastic, quick, and honest.
• Clean, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Polite and courteous with colleagues and guests at all times.

5. Language proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English to meet business needs; additional languages are a plus.

6. Other skills:

• Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
• Flexible to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
