REC - Recreation Intern (Russian Speaking)

Recreation Operations

• Assist in preparing recreation facilities before opening.
• Support the setup of activity areas and recreation equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of recreation facilities.
• Replenish recreation supplies and guest amenities.
• Report maintenance issues to the Recreation team.

Guest Activities

• Assist with daily recreation and Kids Club activities.
• Support games, sports, and family entertainment programs.
• Encourage guest participation in Resort activities.
• Assist during special events and seasonal programs.
• Support the Recreation team during daily operations.

Guest Service

• Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Introduce recreation facilities and activity schedules.
• Respond to basic guest enquiries promptly.
• Assist Associates in delivering personalized guest service.
• Build positive relationships with guests throughout their stay.

Russian Guest Support

• Welcome and engage with Russian-speaking guests.
• Provide language support during recreation activities.
• Introduce recreation facilities, programs, and schedules in Russian.
• Assist guests with enquiries and activity registrations.
• Facilitate effective communication between Russian-speaking guests and Resort Associates.

Safety & Quality

• Assist in maintaining a safe recreation environment.
• Follow Resort health and safety procedures.
• Check recreation equipment before and after use.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness of activity areas.

Administration & Teamwork

• Assist with departmental records and activity logs.
• Support inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Recreation Supervisor.

• Monthly allowance 2.500.000 - 3.500.000
• Working time: 8.5 hours/day, 1.5 days off per week

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Recreation, Languages, or a related field.

Working experience:

• Previous internship or customer service experience is an advantage.
• No prior work experience is required

• Basic understanding of hospitality and guest service principles.
• Interest in recreation activities and guest engagement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
