FB - FB Intern (Russian Speaking)

• Assist with daily outlet operations.
• Support outlet opening and closing procedures.
• Prepare tables and service areas.
• Replenish operating supplies and guest amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

2. Guest Service

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly manner.
• Support Associates during meal service.
• Introduce menus and basic outlet information.
• Respond to basic guest enquiries promptly.
• Support personalized guest experiences.

3. Russian Guest Support

• Communicate with Russian-speaking guests.
• Assist guests with menu information and basic enquiries.
• Provide language support during F&B service.
• Assist in communicating guest requests to relevant Associates.
• Support personalized service for Russian-speaking guests.

4. Service Support

• Assist with food and beverage service when required.
• Support order taking and service procedures.
• Assist with buffet and event setups.
• Support special promotions and Resort events.
• Follow established service standards and procedures.

5. Safety & Quality

• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Handle equipment and operating supplies properly.
• Report service or safety issues promptly.
• Follow Resort policies and F&B standards.

• Monthly allowance 2.500.000 - 3.500.000
• Working time: 8.5 hours/day, 1.5 days off per week

Working experience:

• No prior work experience is required.
• Previous internship or customer service experience is an advantage.

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Basic understanding of hospitality and guest service principles.
• Interest in Food & Beverage operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

• Basic Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
