Product Operations Executive (Accommodation & Reservation)

Key Responsibilities

Stop-Sale & Inventory Control

• Monitor room allotment and inventory utilization

• Track release periods and room availability

• Update stop-sales and room closures in JBE

• Monitor release deadlines and booking cut-off periods

• Coordinate with hotels and internal teams regarding inventory adjustments

• Monitor risks of overbooking and inventory discrepancies

• Ensure room availability reflects actual supplier inventory

SPO Management

• Create and maintain Special Promotional Offers (SPO) in JBE.

• Configure:

o Early Bird

o Last Minute Offers

o Stay Pay Promotions

o Discounts

o Complimentary Benefits

• Verify correct applicability and pricing of promotions.

Reservation Support

• Support reservation teams on accommodation-related issues

• Validate room occupancy (OCC), supplements and booking conditions

• Investigate booking discrepancies

• Follow up supplier confirmations and special requests

Product Setup & Maintenance

• Maintain accommodation products in JBE

• Update room types, occupancy (OCC), allotments, supplements, cancellation policies,

and product information

• Upload approved contract amendments and promotional updates.

Quality Control & System Audit

• Perform routine audits of accommodation products and system configurations

• Perform search and booking validation tests after major updates

• Verify pricing, allotment, stop-sale and room configurations

• Validate OCC, child policy, supplements and cancellation policies

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of product data in JBE

Supplier & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with hotels regarding inventory, allotment and stop-sale updates

• Follow up approved contract amendments and inventory changes

• Coordinate with Product, Reservation and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy

and booking fulfillment

Reporting

• Prepare inventory and stop-sale reports

• Track room utilization and booking trends

• Support product performance analysis

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related disciplines

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in:

o Product Operations

o Hotel Contracting

o Reservation

o Tour Operations

o OTA / Travel Technology
