Driver

• ​Safely drive guests to and from the hotel, including airport transfers, local attractions, meetings, and other destinations as required.
• ​Ensure that all transportation arrangements are carried out on time and according to the guest’s schedule.
• ​Assist with luggage handling and ensure guests’ comfort and safety during transportation.
• ​Provide a courteous, friendly, and professional service to all hotel guests.

• ​Maintain the hotel vehicle(s) in a clean and presentable condition at all times.
• ​Conduct regular checks on the vehicle’s condition, including fuel levels, tire pressure, oil, and general cleanliness.
• ​Report any mechanical issues or damage to the appropriate department for immediate attention and repairs.
• ​Ensure the vehicle is stocked with necessary items such as maps, water, and other guest amenities.

• ​Provide guests with information about local attractions, shopping areas, and dining options, offering recommendations as needed.
• ​Assist with special requests, such as arranging for additional transportation, providing directions, or facilitating other guest needs.
• ​Ensure guests feel welcome, respected, and valued during every interaction.

• Ensure all driving complies with traffic laws, safety regulations, and the hotel’s standards.
• ​Ensure that the vehicle is always operated in a safe manner and that passengers wear seat belts at all times.
• ​Adhere to hotel safety policies and emergency procedures.
• ​Maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with all local regulations regarding vehicle operation.
• ​Perform other responsibilities assigned by Management team.

• Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
• qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
• Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
• with the position level.
• Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
• workplace regulations.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
• position.
