MICE Operations Manager

To deliver MICE programs and events from preparation through on-site execution, ensuring every detail is well organised, professionally delivered with the purpose to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate MICE programs, incentive trips, conferences, meetings, gala dinners and special events for high-end international clients
• Collaborate with hotels, transportation, venues, activities and other event suppliers (AV, decor and styling, entertainment etc)
• Assist project lead with ideas, solutions, purchase orders, reservations, costing and budget tracking.
• Prepare event checklists, run sheets and production schedules.
• Handle last-minute changes and operational issues calmly and effectively during events.
• Conduct post-event follow-up, supplier evaluation and operational reconciliation.
• Develop creative products under guidance of Operation Lead

Future Role to be

MICE Senior Operations Manager

Negotiable depending on experience & strength

• Previous 3-5 years of operational experience in Destination Management Company, Event Management, Hospitality or related industries. Experience in 5-star property is a Plus
• Good understanding of event management and production (AV set up, staging and entertainment, decor and styling, etc)
• Strong English communication skills to communicate with high end international clients and negotiation skills with suppliers
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Teamwork, ownership, calm under pressure, detail-oriented
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel within Vietnam and outsite if required, for events and site inspections.
