• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related fields from reputable universities, domestic or international.
• GPA of 7.5/10 (or equivalent) or higher is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of practical work experience (part-time, internships, personal projects, etc.) in a multinational corporation or large company environment is a plus.
• Fluent English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is required. IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL iBT 90+ certifications are preferred.
