Mô tả công việc

- Assist in managing external relations with clients and business partners.

- Compile, evaluate, and monitor the performance of various departments, and promptly advise the Director on solutions to ensure efficient operations.

- Draft and prepare documents, reports, and other materials, and gather necessary information as requested by the Director.

- Assist the Director in managing and overseeing the company's daily operations.

- Monitor the progress of the company's projects and assigned tasks.

- Manage the Director's schedule and perform other administrative duties.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

- Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

- All employees are provided with either accommodation or a housing allowance, depending on their position and level.

- Travel expenses are reimbursed for successful candidates upon joining the company.

- One day off per week.

- Meals provided during working hours.

- Social insurance provided in accordance with Vietnamese labor laws.

- Standard working month: 26 working days. Overtime and public holiday work are compensated in accordance with Vietnamese labor laws and paid with the monthly salary.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Fluent in both spoken and written English, as the Director is a foreign national.

- Proficient in Google Sheets.

- Must have a personal laptop for work purposes.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Minimum 1 year of experience
