CRUISE MANAGER - Overnight

• Take overall responsibility for onboard hospitality operations and the guest experience throughout each cruise journey.• Lead and coordinate all guest-facing departments to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
• Oversee Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and related guest services.
• Conduct daily operational briefings and ensure effective communication among department heads.
• Maintain and continuously improve service standards in accordance with Ambassador Cruise SOPs and brand standards.
• Personally engage with guests, handle special requests, resolve complaints, and manage service recovery when necessary.
• Work closely with the Captain and department heads to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless cruise operations.
• Monitor guest feedback, service quality, team performance, and operational issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Coach and develop the onboard management and service teams, creating a professional and guest-focused service culture.
• Ensure operational readiness before every departure and proper coordination throughout the entire guest journey, from embarkation to disembarkation.

• Strong background in Rooms Division, preferably within a 4–5-star hotel, luxury resort, or cruise operation.
• Previous experience as Cruise Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager, Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms, or a similar management position.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and overall guest experience management.
• Proven leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and service-recovery skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Able to work onboard and according to cruise operational schedules.
