Financial Controller/ Quản lý kiểm soát tài chính

2. Maintains accurate and timely financial and operating information and provides analysis, interpretation

and projections to management.

3. Co-ordinates and assists department heads in the preparation and implementation of the hotel’s annual

business plan.

4. Controls capital and FF&E expenditure to ensure compliance with justifications and approvals.

5. Implements and maintains effective accounting practices and procedures as required by corporate policy,

generally accepted accounting principles and local legal requirements and regulations.

6. Directs and manages the cost control, purchasing and storeroom functions ensuring effective systems

are in place.

7. Administers all hotel insurance programmes in conjunction with corporate office.

8. Approves all contracts, leases and other legal documents and ensures their safekeeping.

9. Acts as authorized signatory, ensuring that allowances, adjustments, purchase requests, cheques and other

documents are approved accordingly.

10. Ensures that employees are selected, trained, evaluated and rewarded in compliance with existingemployee management system.

11. Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate employees.

12. Participates in all wage and salary administration functions.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the similar role
• Self-motivated, results-oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
