SPA MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee the daily operations of Wafaifo Spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Ensure all Spa treatments, services and guest experiences meet Wafaifo's service standards.

Lead, motivate and develop Spa Therapists, Spa Receptionists, Spa Attendants and other Spa talents.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate manpower coverage based on business demand.

Monitor treatment quality, service standards, grooming, hygiene, cleanliness and safety.

Handle guest feedback, requests and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Conduct daily briefings, coaching and on-the-job training to continuously improve team performance.

Work closely with the Talent Department and Wellness Director on recruitment, onboarding, training and talent development.

Lead the Spa team to achieve revenue and sales targets.

Support sales consultations and promote suitable treatments, packages and Spa products.

Monitor daily revenue, treatment productivity and departmental performance.

Assist in managing the Spa budget, operating costs, payroll and inventory.

Control Spa supplies, products and equipment to ensure appropriate stock levels and minimise wastage.

Work closely with Sales & Marketing to develop promotions, packages and initiatives to increase Spa revenue.

Monitor guest feedback and market trends and recommend improvements to Spa products and services.

Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless overall guest experience.

Ensure compliance with Wafaifo policies, SOPs, safety requirements and applicable regulations.

Maintain a professional, discreet and relaxing atmosphere throughout the Spa.

Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities when assigned.

Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Wellness Director / Managing Director.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Spa operations, including experience in a supervisory or management position.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort or premium Spa is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Spa treatments, operations and service standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English communication.
• Good understanding of Spa revenue, sales and cost control.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong service mindset.
