• a. Pre-Arrival
• • Send an introduction email presenting the assigned Wellness Curator.
• • Share the timeline of experiences the guest will receive under the booked package.
• • Proactively request flight details to arrange airport transfer.
• • Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare for a smooth check-in.
• b. In-Stay
• • Check in with the guest daily, confirming and booking services per the timeline (meditation, spa,
• experiential activities, dining).
• • Flexibly adjust the timeline based on the guest's actual needs.
• • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure consistent service quality.
• c. Departure Day
• • Discuss the overall experience, capture feedback, and request a review.
• • Confirm flight details to arrange departure transfer.
• • Coordinate with relevant departments for late check-out requests.
• d. Post-Stay
• • Send a thank-you note (Wellness Continuity Touchpoint) to guests who opted in, including a
• personalized wellness suggestion.
• • Maintain the relationship and invite the guest to return for a future stay.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• • Minimum 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, Butler, or Spa/Wellness at a luxury
• hotel/resort.
• • Strong communication and cross-department coordination skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and
• empathetic toward guests.
• • Wellness knowledge (meditation, spa, nutrition) preferred, or willingness to undergo in-depth training.
• • Good spoken English; additional languages relevant to the target guest segment are a plus.
