Mô tả công việc

Monitor and control food, beverage, and operating costs to ensure compliance with established budgets and financial procedures.
Conduct regular inventory checks, review stock movements, analyze cost variances, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
Prepare cost reports and support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and maintaining effective internal controls.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cost control, inventory management, or accounting; hotel/resort experience is preferred.
Good understanding of cost analysis, inventory control, purchasing procedures, and stock reconciliation.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Pre-opening hotel experience and familiarity with hotel financial systems, procurement processes, and Accor financial standards are an advantage.
