Mô tả công việc

Manage and maintain accurate records of the hotel’s fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
Conduct regular asset verification and reconciliation between physical assets and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
Prepare fixed asset reports, support month-end and year-end closing, and ensure proper documentation and effective control of the hotel’s assets.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in fixed asset accounting or asset management; hotel/resort experience is preferred.
Good understanding of fixed asset accounting, depreciation, asset tracking, and reconciliation procedures.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
