• Lead and manage the purchasing function, ensuring timely procurement of quality goods and services at competitive prices in accordance with hotel standards and operational requirements.
• Develop purchasing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and maintain strong supplier relationships to optimize costs and ensure reliable supply.
• Oversee purchasing procedures, supplier contracts, inventory coordination, and compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and Accor standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to monitor purchasing budgets, control costs, and continuously improve procurement efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant purchasing experience, including management or supervisory experience; hotel/resort experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supplier negotiations, contract management, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
