Mô tả công việc

Receive, inspect, store, and issue goods in accordance with hotel procedures, ensuring accurate quantities, quality, and proper documentation.
Monitor inventory levels, maintain organized storage areas, and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with the Purchasing and Finance teams to track stock movements, report discrepancies, and ensure effective inventory control.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory management; hotel/resort experience is preferred.
Good understanding of inventory control, stocktaking, receiving procedures, and goods issuance.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
