• Supervise daily purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of quality goods and services at competitive prices, in line with hotel requirements and purchasing procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, request and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed terms.
• Review purchase requests, maintain accurate purchasing records, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and Accor purchasing standards.
• Coordinate with Finance, Storekeeping, and other departments to support cost control, inventory management, and efficient purchasing operations.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant purchasing experience; supervisory experience and hotel/resort experience are preferred.
• Good understanding of procurement procedures, supplier negotiation, quotation comparison, purchasing documentation, and inventory control.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
