• Manage daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor revenue, operating costs, food and beverage quality, and inventory levels to achieve financial targets and maintain cost control.
• Lead, train, and supervise the F&B team, ensuring effective staff scheduling, service consistency, and compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance the guest experience, support promotional activities, and ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and operational requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory or management experience; hotel/resort experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and food safety regulations.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
