• Manage all banquet operations, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events, ensuring seamless execution and high standards of service.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Kitchen, and F&B teams to plan event requirements, manage schedules, allocate resources, and ensure client expectations are met.
• Monitor banquet revenue, operating costs, equipment, and inventory to achieve financial targets and maintain effective cost control.
• Lead, train, and supervise the banquet team, ensuring professional service delivery, effective staffing, and compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Ensure all banquet facilities meet hygiene, safety, and operational requirements while continuously improving service quality and guest satisfaction.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banquet or event operations, including supervisory or management experience; hotel/resort experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banquet service standards, event coordination, staffing, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
